Hi, I have Milgard vinyl windows and one of the channel balance clips broke. The 26" 385 appears to match my balances given the wings at top and bottom. However, the height of the metal is 25 5/8". Is this close enough? Also, what is the recommended method to weigh the sash? I used a bathroom scale, ... (cont.)

Would you have a replacement handle for a Hess metal storm door? The exterior handle is 6 1/4 inches long. The interior side is 2 inches long, with a 3 inch wide handle. Sorry I could not rotate the pictures. Thank you. Linda

I have a customer that has a casement window in a bow window setting. The window is locked and the handle to unlock it broke off on the inside. How can you open the window to replace the parts broken?

Hi. Our windows are about 24 years old. They are in great shape, but the internal plastic parts have become ridged and break easily. That?s especially a problem with the rotating mechanism that attaches to the coil. Many thanks for and help you can provide!

This is four views of the broken bit from a (probably) Jeld Wen window. This came out of one of three windows that won?t stay up. Any idea what replacement part we need to order to fix the windows?Thank you for your help.Elinor

My current channel balances in my windows are 34" long (34D) but 7/16 wide instead of the standard 9/16 (1/2" conversion). So my question is, is there a comparable piece that I'm not finding? I've searched a lot and can't seem to find the right sizes.Thank you in advance!

Greetings, I find no brand name on the windows or parts. The pivot shoe lock is approximately 1 1 1/4 inch wide by 1 3/8 length by 1/2 deep.
