Hello: I'm replacing the channel balances in some windows. I'm in need of the plastic parts that goes in the top and the bottom of the balance. The existing ones are the green plastic parts in the pictures Also, the piece that screws in the top corner of the window is broken on a few windows... ... (cont.)

The glazing is white. Dimensions are 1/2" X 9/16". The glazing was damaged by hail and I need to replace it.

Need replacement window crank for jalousie windows. Jalousie window crank needed. Mounting holes about 5 1/4" apart.

The metal pivot point fractured (can partly see from the pictures) when the window was tilted. Can you determine the type of pivot shoe in the photos? There is a "G" molded on the inside of the shoe. Looks like a coil balance shoe.

We have determined that we need a 14" Series 385, but are unable to determine the option number. Please let me know if you need any additional photos. Thanks!

I run into these windows everywhere in the mid Atlantic area. Cannot find parts anywhere. It is basically the same corner as you part number 95-254 but of course it is nylon and not metal and the dimensions are reversed from your part. Meaning it is 1/4" where yours is 7/32". The door has no markings on it to get identity. This door is approximately 15 years old, and the door sweep snaps into the bottom. Measurement is the standard 36" by 1 3/4.
