Can you help? I need replacement rollers for a Sliding Glass Door. The door is the original that was installed in a house built in 1950s. The roller is stamped Toronto, CAN. (Pictures added)

I, too, am looking to replace a sash lock piece numbered 9703, but my measurement is 3inches 3/16 by 9/16. Can anyone help??

One of my clients has a vertical window and has lost both channel balances. The movable sash measures about 4' wide and 16-1/2" high.
