I would like to know which item will be correct to replace attached

I had to cut the last 1/16 or 1/8" in order to remove this piece of spline. Only removed this 3 inch piece in order to try to locate new spline. This is on the fixed window side of the aluminum slider. I have broken seals on all of 4 of the fixed windows. An old timer at a mom and pops window sh ... (cont.)

Trying to find replacements for my final Windows. See attached pictures. The metal casing is 26 5/8" long. Stamped on the casing says 26 3.

I had already taken this off the door before posting.....I can't seem to find a replacement inside handle or a replacement set for the width of the door....1.5" thick. I am looking for the blanking plastic that goes into the open end of an awning window crank opening.My windows have two possible positions for the crank, naturally one will be left open. I need white approx 5.5" X 7/8"

I purchased 2 new 24-16R balance systems for an Andersen slim-line window and 1 broke during installation. Below are pictures of the original balance.

I did order item # 90-063 but it did not fit because the piece that swivels and locks the window sticks out about 5/8" and it needs to be flat.

I am unable to unlock or open the Pella door going onto why deck. It has, I believe, your 82-400 Brass Atrium Door Lever Lockset. It appears that both the top and bottom pins are set so the door is solid closed. I've removed the handles and cover from both sides of the door but can see nothing as ... (cont.)

I'm trying to figure out the manufacturer of this window and I need a replacement part that fits into the side sash because the other side is broken.

I'm looking for a replacement lock for a Peachtree Door. As you can see in the attached photos the spring that supports the lever handle is broken.
