There was a Plastic cover which broke off. Now I have this hole for the Awming Window Operator but I have one more hole which has the Awming Window Operator. I need to get that plastic cover to cover the hole.

These levers are used to unlock windows that 'crank' out to open. I have purchased the cranks, however I need to find these levers as most are missing on the windows of the home we purchased. The company who made the window is chapion windows manufactured in Houston Texas. They also had a warhouse in New Braunfels Texas. The piece in the picture is 1/8"x 1/2" please let me know if you have anything that will work. Can you send me a two or three inch piece for a sample? ... (cont.)
