Hi, the window crank comes right off in my hand when I try to use it. I'd like to replace it

Have 2 windows. 1 works ( took photos from that one ). Other windows doesn't open at all. Bought new crank but doesn't open. Would appreciate some help.

I am needing to repair a bunch of windows that do not stay up. This is the part that slides into the side of the window frame. There is one on each side. The pin piece is Alison broken.

hello, I am looking for assistance in identifying this window tilt latch so I can go about finding a replacement part. There is pat. # 5,139,291 on the bottom

Pivot bat is 3 inches long and has 2 holes. Pivot bar shoe has patent 4.610.108 stamped inside

Mounting holes measure 3-15/16" but as you can see the lever that acuates the double mortise latch is not centered. It is more toward the bottom. Center of latch measures approximately 1-1/8" from bottom mounting hole. Thank you for any help on this matter!

Classic double hung non tilt windows. Left side sash cord broke. Only numbers on the sash are 22r. Can't seem to find a match. Windows are solid wood with igcc glass.
