Hello, I ordered 2: 30" Series 378 Channel Balance S378-30 Option: 2950 I installed the parts, but my sash isn't catching the channel balance. I removed the window again and saw there was a plastic piece on the side of the sash that was half broken off. I'm not sure what this part is called, but ... (cont.)

Need 2 of these balances stamped 14-6. Note the blue spacer in the underbelly.

I have several DH tilt windows that need the spring and pivot shoe replaced. I've attached photos of the pivot shoe and spring (16" long). Unfortunately, I do not have any markings on the balance that is already installed nor on the one that broke. Please let me know what else I can do to help with identifying the balance I need to help the bedroom window stay open. Thank you for the help!

The rail that makes the window go up & down, & the part that makes it stay open fell out. We need the parts for both sides of the window.
