Could you please help me identify these parts to order. I need four of them.

We just moved into a house with a lovely sunroom complete with jalousie windows. However, it appears the handles/extenders were removed for the winter and we can't find them anywhere, and consequently can't get the windows open. Hi I am looking for a multipoint strike plate and I am not sure what to get. Top screw to bottom screw is about 5 and 5/8. Then we have a gap that is about 3/8 inch wide. I am not sure if you need a pic of the lock. Thank you!

I am in need of a current part identification number for an Anderson window balancer. The window has an identification of 10 AW 85 xw. Can't seem to find this size on your site.

I don't see any clips or fasteners at the bottom of the non-tilt window. I was able to remove the defective balance from the bottom so I assume the unseen clip is damaged. Do I have to remove the window and if so, how is this done?

I need this part for an ICW brand sliding door. 3 3/4" between screws. I have to pry the hook out so it will lock. Thanks Jerry
