I need 2 of each of these pivot shoes and coil blanances for a two double hung lower sashes. The sashes are @ 34 inches wide by 18 inches high. Please let me know if you carry them.

These windows are in Arizona. The platstic "catches" that is mounted on the inside of the sash have become brittle and are breaking. This makes the balancer not function.

The operator arm is about 9 inches, and the only visible number in the operator is 31538. The original supplier is Truth Entrygard.

I received my order for 25 casement locks part # 38-036 and screws 33-072. It seems I cannot tighten the lock to the window. The screws seem to long and leaves a gap and the lock is loose. Any suggestions??

Can you confirm that T Pivot bar 26-452 would be a suitable replacement for my pivot bar? Mine appears to be the length and screw hole distance as 26-358.
