We purchased item 82-005 but it is wrong part. I am sending pictures of our current parts. Help!

I have a 6 5/8 center line to bolts glass sliding door latch . The latch is a unit that slides DOWN to lock NOT UP. Everything I can find locks moves up. This will not fit the hole in the door. The original in this discussion is the one I want to match up to. Thank You

I have pivot shoes identical to these that do not need replacing, however, I need to replace the pivot bars (26-327). Getting the sash out was easy because the pivot bars were broken. Hi, We recently bought a home. We have two windows in our bedroom that do not stay up at all. These are the only two that open upward. The window is very loose in the track and it does look like I need channel balances. Just how to find the correct ones is the question

Help me identify this part. My window balancer that says 30 3 EN CALDWELL and the metal part is 31" long.

Need help identifying the correct replacement. Window is 16 years old. 23 5 GP Caldwell are the only markings. Non-tilt window. 1/2 " wide.

Our 15-year old double hung upper channel balance ENDS look like this? And windows are very loose in frame--easy to jimmy window locks to open from outside. Is this really the right part?
