My condo had a lot of damage from hurricane Irma. Many windows in our complex were broken and shoddy/quick repairs were done because no one took the time to locate proper glazing strips. This is 1 of 4 rollers from the door. Looks to be a 1? steel roller about 1/4? thick by about 2 1/4 inches long. Need to replace as being will not stay lubricated.

The customer has single hung windows in a Maronda home. Believe they are Imperial windows. The lower sash is 33" wide by 30" tall, it does tilt. The balances are 29" long, and they are 5/8" balances. I don't see a Stamp option on current balance, how to I determine Stamp option??

Could I please have the inside measurement of the clip 55-184. I see the outside dimension of 27/32 but where the window grill fits into the clip I need that measurement. Or what size grill does this clip fit? Also if these do not work, what is the return policy?

I see that you have the same latch (38-205) that I am looking for, but I need it in brass. Do you have the 38-205 in brass? If not, do you have any idea who might. I have tried working with Jeld Wen (they own Pozzi now), but they have not been very helpful. Thank you

The rollers are metal and get corroded and sticky very easily. Wondering if you have replacements? Ideally ones with plastic rollers. But it is the open-ended clip in that makes it difficult to replace with more generic rollers.

This is a Charmac mirrored wardrobe door where the the plastic wheel has damaged through time and no longer operates smoothly. Where would we begin to find a replacement.
