Hi, I'm trying to find a replacement for this spiral balance. It's 23" x 3/8' with a red tip. It has an attached shoe that is connected with a rivet and the whole thing pivots a bit. The shoe is nylon(?) but it also has a aluminum piece that is used as an attachment to a spring loaded quick relea ... (cont.)

I have these sash balances and I would like to replace them. I can not make the number out clearly. I believe it says BJ12 5#19 3 83. If anyone can make a recommendation for a good replacement I would appreciate it. Thanks for your help, Anthony

My channel balances on both sides of my window will not stay down for me to place the window on. This all started by the window not wanting to stay up and a channel balance would just stay up as the window would goes down totally disengage from the window. I have old Craftline casement windows in my house. I would like to try replacing the window hardware before jumping into replacing all my windows. The window operator has the number 30744 on the arm. Can you tell me which SWISCO operators and locks I should purchase?

I go the 39-089 window dyad crank 5" but it's too long. I posted picture of the old one. I posted the 2nd picture but not sure if it's the part number or not.

The latch that goes into the balance shoe is broken. This part is backed with a spring that keeps it in the shoe. It is located at the bottom right and left of the tilting window. It also appears to be cast metal.

I have old Rico double hung tilt windows. All have 20" balances. Some appear to be your s750 that uses 15-112 shoe which accepts a flat bar on either side bottom of window; some of my windows have (s751) balances and use a black shoe (15-014) with the bottom of window either side attached a v wedge ... Need to replace old pado lockset. Do you have any compatible sets with 5 pin Schlage cylinders?

The indoor handle latch broke. So we have no way to lock the door from the inside. All the other parts appear to be there and working properly.

We are replacing the handle on some windows. I just ordered this from you: Truth Hardware Operator Cover 39-107 option: white Crank Handle, 11/32" 39-114L option: white But I am not sure which locking handle (see photo) to order. Thank you!

Can you tell me which corners to use? I have no idea which dimension is the one, and only one used on screen corner sizes. From what I can tell these 3 dimensional items have more than one measurement. :PHere is a drawing of the cross section of my screen frame.

Balances are for norandex windows that were installed in 2003

Spring seems to heavy for window. Window weights 13 pounds

Looked everywhere, just need the inside part that slides into the housing, about 3 in long and 1/4 in wide. As long as it will Work and be an inexpensive fix.

Can you please help me identify this tilt? I have been able to identify the balance(s) for my windows but the tilt is proving difficult. The windows are Ply-Gem 3700 series, but there is no other info on the window/hardware.

Part will not latch properly so unable to lock it. Home built in 2003. Only part # I see is SGD-R25 . Also says Series 1210

Hi, sorry I didn't think to get any additional information off of the window sash but I certainly can go back to the building and get more info. Can you identify the part from this photo. These "clips" have separated from the "string" type spring that puts the tension on the window sash. Thanks ... (cont.)
