I don't know the manufacturer of my windows and one of my latch broke, the windows are double pane but are older type. If you have the latches I'll buy a bunch yo keep on hand. The latch says tilt latch on the latch. Thanks for any help you can give me.

I have a Jordan window on which both the channel balances are unattached. They are 28" plus the plastic pieces on both ends, one black and one white. Here are the pics of the sash lock. The screw hole seems to be more centered than the part on your website, but maybe not. Anyway it is for a MI window #BB740. It is definitely 2 1/4 " from the center of each hole.

The cord on one of my channel balances broke, and the plastic at the top of another channel balance is broken. Can you tell me which balance and top I need to order based on the photos I attached? Can you help me find what I need for my windows. The channel balances are 22" long x 9/16" wide x ~11/16" deep. They are stamped B.S.I. 2130. I believe I need the spring, string, and other accessories too. When I open the windows, they will not stay up. Thank you. Brian

I am needing parts for a Kinco tilt window, but I believe thhey are out of business. First, I need (2ea) window balancers. They are part #2830. I also need (2 ea) part #1630. Do you also have the tilt shoes? Lastly, I need (6ea) of the bottom window pulls/latches.
