Drawer holder

The screws to remove this part are partially blocked by the window frame and cannot get a screw driver into the opening. Do you have a video showing how to replace this part?

As I mentioned to the prior rep. I don't see any identifying markings or numbers on this balance. I need this part for my window as well as both sash guides.

Hello, I need help to id this top sash guide. It does not appear to have a ramp like those in the photos although there is some damage at the bottom. The top of the guide is 1" x 11/16". It is 1/2" wide and 7/16 deep. It measures 5/8" from under the guide and the single hole is just short of 1/ ... (cont.)
