Hi. We built this home in 2002 and have originall Patriot windows. The window screen clips are all breaking and we need to replace. Can you please help? Carn C

These are plastic pieces that hold the moveable bottom window in it's track. Without them the window would fall out.

I do not have any manufacturer name. Can you suggest a comparable replacement. Thank you Paul

Hello, I need four spring powered channel balances for my two front windows. Their design seems problematic using pulleys and an extension spring. The spring is quite powerful and wore, then pulled through the double pulley block anchor hole. They are all 1/2"wide x 24" long. All four failed ... (cont.)

My Pacesetter storm door parts are breaking. I know these parts are no longer made. Have you heard which of your alternative slide bolts work best? And my storm window pivots are breaking as well. What do you recommend?
