Similar to Product Code: 82-002 ; 82-002K Horizontal bar (in the center of the unit which engages lock) drops and does not stay in place. Is there any way to tighten / adjust tension so that when you push up the bar it stays in place?

The metal insert in the pivot shoe failed would you have a replacement. Alside is supposed to send me one in a month. Please let me know if additional pictures would be helpful or if other info is needed.

I'm looking for replacement parts for the door hanger on this pocket door frame. There was only one left on the door slab. There was no marking or name on the piece.

I have a Caldwell 25 4 FP window balance and I am not sure what the proper weight replacement should be thank you

Window aluminum frame has cut outs as shown in above pictures. Top window frame has NO place for take out clips. Channel balance that I need is S390-21 option 2040 Is there another part that goes into the Cut Out section of the window frame? Thank you.

Windows were instaled in 1987 and my question: Your product 87-224 window rollers, will they fit my windows? Pictures look like they may fit except the wide plastic back holding the wheel.

The thumb turn knob on my Pella French Door lock is detached (from the inside, it is the left door). It operates but can be easily removed simply by pulling it out.
