Sirs: I am replacing a casement handle. The original part is missing and I don't know the brand of the window. I measured the overall outside diameter of the splined shaft to be 5/16". I counted 12 splines. I see that you have a similar item 39-274, but I could not see how many splines it had. ... (cont.)

1/4" thick mortise door handle. The door is thin too. Don't have a measurement on the door, but was told by my worker that its maybe 1/2" thick or so.

The balance is 31" long. It is stamped 3030.
