Hi. Channel is 23 inches long. Stamp is 22DS pictures attached Thank you for the help

The balance overall length is 23 " X 9/16 " width. The window is a Weather shield double hung 50" X 24". The spring is 8-1/4", OD 7/16", wire thickness 1/16", carbon steel, hook loops both ends in the same direction. NOTE: The spring is all I really need.

Ok part number 82-263 looks exactly the same as in my pictures so I assume it will work? Will part number 82-020 Work with that mortise lock also? Also I want 82-306 to make it lock. Will all this work together and do you have a kit for all this? Thanks Alan

Hello I am in search of balances. Please see pictures above. There are no markings nor numbers anywhere. Channel length is 28" Channel width is 5/8" frp, the bottom, 1/2" from bottom Channel depth is 9/16" I cannot see an examples with the same plastic fittings. Thanks for your help. ... (cont.)

I ordered 82-261B but it is the wrong size. I am concerned that this may not be best part. Using non-mortise handle since the lock is round, not sure 4 15/16 will cover holes on outside of door.
