window won't stay up. photo is of left side where part is missing. on the other side, the part has C2745 on it.

I am in the process of replacing the channel balances and noticed these inserts that sit in the top of the bottom half of the windows are broken in most of the windows. They are broken on most of my windows and didn't know if you guys sold item like these. Thanks, Nicholas
