I have an aluminum Alenco bathroom window, which was installed when I built my home in 1990. The existing bronze glazing beads are 1/2" wide. I've just had the glass replaced with frosted glass. Dear Swissport, A few of my windows are missing what I always considered the child safety latch. A piece on the left and right side of our window that only allows the window to open a couple inches. Are there replacement parts available? Thank you,

The coils and the part that goes into window say 4 on all. The parts that go into the window both broke. The pat no on the shoe says 5.704.165.

What size channel balance would I order? I don't see that size offered? Stamped 2340

I have all right hand operators. I was looking at part #39-025 but saw the extension arm measurement is 2-1/4 inches. The measurement on my operator is 2-1/2 inches (see photos).
