Good afternoon everyone,could you identify this shoe for me. This was sent my a service person at a management company and asked for my help with this part.

This sliding door was installed about a year ago and now we want an external lock for it. The only ID we've seen is "Guardian" on the glass, but as I understand it, that may not be the door manufacturer. Hi, We need about 10 of these. They appear to be 12mm body diameter. With about a 13mm flange diameter and about 10 mm long. Screw centerline is about 5mm under the flange. I don't know that I really need the flange - the existing have them but should be ok without also.

Do I need to remove bottom window to install these? How many spins do i do with spiral tool on each side of window?

Hi, I have a window that is a double hung window. When I remove it from the locked position and try to slide it up, it falls off the window. I took pictures of the side (pictures attached). I have NUAIR single pane aluminum windows that were installed in roughly 1993. I am looking to replace at least one of the window panes and would like to replace the aluminum glazing at that time. I removed the aluminum glazing and took pictures and measurements (note the 10 scale in the pictures ... (cont.)

The pin that holds the handle to the crank mechanism rises up as the window opens and I can't get it to go back down. Can you tell me how to get the pin into the proper location? Thank you.
