Hi, I am new to this group and I saw the tutorial how to replace double pane window. I am looking for this particular snap-in beads do you guys have this in-stock?

I could not identify the correct channel balance from your list. The markings on the balance says 28F the sash weighs 35.5 lbs. It is a non tilt window with a 1/2" wide channel balance 29" long.

I just bought a house with these Better Bilt Brand Tilt Windows that are about 20 years old! The windows are hard to open...Some of the spiral balances are off the pivot shoes and all of latches are old and at the brim of being broken. Looking for replacement assemblies.The door is a Pella not sure about the screen.

These are 2 different latches from older metal windows. The latch on the left is missing the "ear" part.

I have window latches stamped HK 701L and HK 701R picture provided. Closely matches 91-0022/23 latches. However the outside ends are not flush, but reduced as can be seen in second photo.
