I need the c2740 style but Mine are only winged on the end near the top of the springs. Is your 2740 the correct one.

I need help identifying Traco roller tilt constant force balances for this window. Both top & bottom. I weighed each sash out of the window frame & each sash weighed 21.1 lbs. can u tell me All needed items to put this double hung window back into proper operation.

I have a broken window balancer with the number 2020 bsi stamped on it. the metal part is 23 inches long by 1/2 inch wide. I need 2 of them. Can you help me find them or a comparable replacement. Thanks, John

I need to replace the window balances on my widows due to the broken tangs on the ends. The balance is 38 inches long, there are two per window and they are impact rated windows so they are heavy. The locking mechanism is floppy for lack of a better term. Not locking properly. Trying to find a comparable mortise latch. Little under 1/2

looking to replace balances.the bearing looks to be white,window is non removable balance is 3/8 diameter 30 inches long looks like type 400 window size is 34 wide 31 tall. not sure what color to buy. thanks

Has a spring in it.

On one of these two doors the hardware broke and the the little pin that pushes in on the latch when closing is gone so I removed the latch from jamb and have the door wedged shut.
