I have three windows I need to replace the balances on. I believe they are the wrong size mostly because you put the hook in the opening and the touch the top of the opening around the windows. the ones that are there are marked 26 9 BSI. There is no names, numbers or markings on lock. This was a replacement lock on an older aluminum window. I need to buy more of these parts as I am an apartment manager and people breaks their locks often. Please let me know if you have the same of similar parts that would serve the same purpos ... Q1: Does it have a stop on the slide rail? Q2: Will the bolt slide at least 1" on the slide rail? Q3: Is this item available in a 6" version?

I also found these rollers on this site. My question is how to remove and replace them.There is one screw on each corner of door frame (4) total. Do I need to take frame apart to slide them in or do they pop in with a little persuasion from a hammer?
