Somehow we lost the screws for the nuprime window sweep lock 1-1/4", part 90-042, and the face mount keeper 7-8", part 90-041 Can you tell me the size of the screws needed for both parts? Thank you

How do u get both springs to hook on to the screw bracket that anchors them? The significant amount of tension in the coil springs appears to make that somewhat difficult? Please explain?

I could not identify the correct channel balance from your list. The markings on the balance says 28F the sash weighs 35.5 lbs. It is a non tilt window with a 1/2" wide channel balance 29" long.

I just bought a house with these Better Bilt Brand Tilt Windows that are about 20 years old! The windows are hard to open...Some of the spiral balances are off the pivot shoes and all of latches are old and at the brim of being broken.
