This is a pic shows the vertical runner used in my double hung windows. I broke one and need a replacement.

The rollers are 1" x 1/4" exactly. They are wobbly. I would love to replace with better high quality rollers as we use this door all the time.

Looking for replacements for left and right casement as well as cover and handle replacements.

I am looking for the top hinge to casement window. I know it is a truth hinge. The hinge plate is 10" long and roughly 7/8" wide. Any help with identifying the hinge I need is greatly appreciated.

Hi, The rod that is sticking out is attatched to the mechanism inside. The handle that you push down to lock the window, slides onto that rod. There is a groove inside the handle and it goes over that rod.

Need a new left handed and right handed operator. It about 9" long.

Do you have this part w/imprinted #30744? If so, this was a replacement window in my kitchen. Its now rolling out roughly,grinding and unalign while rolling in. Do you think this rntire eindow sash has to be removed to fix it? I am Looking forward for to help or solutions.

Hi I have two windows I'm trying to repair that have these slide rails in them with the same tilt thingy at the bottom. I'm not sure what these translate to. I would need 4 rails and shoes for the taller windows and a pair for the smaller window. Thanks!

Looking to replace a broken balancer. The stampings on the channel are "32 3" and also "BSL" with a small "08" below it. Channel is 9/16" wide and 32 5/8 long (metal portion, not including shoes). Attached a picture of the broken bottom and unbroken top shoes.
