Replacing window balance for 6 windows. Window pane size for 3 windows are 30"×28.75". Existing balancer have a stamp of 2940 but considering to switch to 2950 since these have already been replaced twice. Please help confirm the correct replacement part.

I've tried going through Simonton for replacement components....to no avail.

These are at the bottom of my window and a few of them are broken causing the window to drag.

Sorry for the awful photos. I have what I think is a Craftsman brand storm/screen door (unsure no markings, but purchased at Sears) from around 1998. The plastic snap in glazing is breaking, and I am looking for a replacement. The short length is 29" and the long is 72".

It is in this gray plastic sleeve. 9/16 inch diameter spring. Inside spring there is another aluminum tube. When you pull down the window spring extend out. Maybe it's broken and that's why it expose out. 21/32 is the plastic sleeve diameter. Length is 40 inches. Never seen before that's why I need ... (cont.)

The only clue I have is that the mortise lock, shown in attached photo, matches ecactly to your part number 82-229 as far as appearance and dimensions.I beleive your handle set number 82-086 is compatiible wiht the mortis lock, and will work for me. One of the wheels gets jammed. The only marking is a V as seen in the photos.

White plastic keeper for a vertically sliding vinyl window. Mounting-hole centers are 1 1/8 inches vertically. The matching sash latch is a gray, two-prong fork/cam mechanism; photos attached.
