I have 2 pairs of windows in my home that have hinges that are rusting away. Cranks still work fine on all 4 windows. The hinge is labeled Truth 31858 and the piece that screws in to the window frame is stamped 40987. I need to replace the hinges in all 4 windows (2 left, 2 right, top and bottom ... (cont.)

The (horizontal) piece of metal connecing to the pivot shoe seems to be broken (on both sides). The top part of the window doesn't stay and keep falling down to the bottom. What would I need to do/replace in order to fix this problem. Thank you. Tom
