Hello, I'm looking to replace a Viking window lock. It seems to be a sweep-type, and the hole centers are 2-1/4" apart. The keeper is perpendicular and recessed. The maximum height of the lock is about 5/8", and the maximum height of the keeper is about 3/8". Thanks!

Hello - I have the Truth Entrygard hardware on my Marvin window with a regular handle that I would like to replace with a nesting handle. Would Product 39-107FK do the job? It says that it fits a 11/32" spline but I'm not sure what that is. Thanks!

Need spring slides and shoe that are in window frame and also the bar that hooks into the that is screwed on bottom of sash.

Do the weights (5 lb., 8 lb., etc) refer to sash weight, and can I determine by simply weighing my sash?

The only part number I can find is on the coil #540. The window weighs 19 lbs. Instead of buying 4 #540 coils for ea. window would 2 S140-19 work for ea. window and 2 pivot bars?
