Product Code: 82-218 Is the slot where the locking handle goes into this to move the latch reversible? Meaning operate from opposite side. If not, which mechanism is like this with the slot part on opposite side?

I have determined that I need a series 390-19, but I am unsure as to the stamp option. The ones I am replacing don't contain any number that I can find. The window is a standard double pane, aluminum, measuring approximately 21" X 25". What option would you suggest?

I need a spiral balance with a 16" shaft. However the tip is white and the spiral rod hangs out about 1 3/4" to 2". It is a small window, the bottom sash is about 30" x 18" and less than 10 pounds. Hello, can you confirm my part to be product code: 26-234? These parts would be for my mother's windows. How do you complete step 1? How do I remove the old hook guide? I tried to reverse the above installation instructions, but the hook doesn't release from the underside of the track base. The track base cannot be removed or lifted.

The window balance metal structure is 17" inches long with nylon type cordage. The cordage broke and I'm in need of replacements but am having a difficult time locating a direct replacement. My broken window balance has 16 3 ES CALDWELL marked on the metal portion.

I am trying to identify this non-tilt balance. I can't seem to find any top parts that match this one. It appears to be BSI 2630. The metal is 27". But the parts I am finding don't match either the style or measurements I seem the have.
