This is from a fifty it sixty year old window. It appears as though the internal mechanism is no longer worker. Please suggest the appropriate replacement parts. Thanks, Grace

hi there! I'm looking for what looks like the cips that are attached to a window that hang on top of the tackle/spring window balance. the piece/gap measures 5/8 inches wide.

This is about 1 1/4" wide and 9/16" wide. There are no markings on the windows or this piece. As far as I can tell, the part that the window hooks in broke or disintegrated. Both the left and right sides need to be replaced.

This is from my window. It's width is 1/2" and it's length is 29". It has a stamp of "K 29-1" on it. I am looking for replacement.

Not sure which type this is. Please help! It looks like a 3' Keller snap in but wanted to make sure before I buy.

I am looking for the part that attaches to the spring and into which the sash pin inserts. Please see the photos attached. They are photos of the broken part. The part is approximately 2 inches long by about 1/4 in on each side.

Need parts for new construction vinyl window. Purchase around 2001.

I am not quite sure what this part is even called. It is about 5/8 inch big and it is hard plastic. It goes in the end of the balance of a storm window. We are having trouble finding this piece anywhere. If you could help us we would greatly appreciate it.

My tilt windows won't close flat down when you shut them. You have to press down in between the locks in order the lock them and even at that both bottom corners of the sash pull up and the sash frame is actually bowed. The glass measures 31 1/4" . These windows are from a 1992 new build.

I am trying to sell my Aunt's house and the handle is off of the storm door, but the lock is still there. It looks like the 40-058 is the same lock/handle set. I have a picture of the door and the measurements. Could you verify please? Also, is there any difference between the 40-058 and the 40-17 ... (cont.)

Attached are photos of the window sash guide. Your sash guide 18-015 seems to be the closest fit for this window based on all the dimensions I measured, although it is slightly different in design. Please advise if this is the proper guide to order.

I ordered hardware for crank window 39-172 and 39-171. All the size dimensions are the perfect size, but the swing arm is 5" and i need 4". With that being said the window wont close all the way now.
