I need the spring balance mechanisms for a 48" x 84" window. We found this number on an old faded sticker H-LC 35 - 48 x 84. Is this something you have access to?

No markings that I can see, just this pivot pin/bar. The 8 spacers, if that's what they are, are 3/8" . I'd like to find 6 of these.

Hi, our vinyl replacement windows no longer stay open when raised. They are double hung sash windows with top and bottom tilt. The tip beyond the rod is red and the rod measures 18 inches by 9/16 diameter. Thank you for your help!
