Do you or any of your suppliers/manufacturers sell the aluminum inserts for the window cranks? That always seems to be the piece that strips and it is a waste to constantly buy cranks. Thanks for any info you can provide. Martin

several windows in my home are outfitted with 2240 channel balances, and are quite difficult to open or close. Is there any reason not to replace these with 2230s?

I just bought pivot shoes 15-047. Looks like perhaps I should have gotten the 15-070? There is a nub on the 047 slot that might keep my pivit bar from going into the shoe. I have thermal guard windows. What is the difference between the 047 and the 070? Thanks, Bob

This is 13-7/8" long. It works with a separate, stand-alone crank. The gears no longer work, the crank won't turn it anymore.

Any idea of this part?

There are no markings on the bar. It's 2 7/16" long. The two outer holes are spaced 3/4" apart.

I am looking for a replacement window balance for a vinyl non-tilt Alpine single hung window sash. The channel is 1/2" X 33". Window is 44-1/4"X26-5/8"X1-5/8" with insulated glass. I have to replace a channel balance and a part I don't know the name to for my Window. First the channel balance is stamped with "32 3 HQ Caldwell". It is 33" long, 1/2" wide and is just a tad over 1/2" in depth. The nylon string for the pulley snapped and I need to replace the entire balance. ... (cont.)
