Hello can you please help. Have dozens of imperial windows needing this tilt latch replaced. It measures 3.5" x 1" Space between holes 3".

Our lock is broken and I have no idea which replacement handle we did to purchase. My husband actually said he didn't think we could replace the handle but then I did some research and found this website I am hoping you can help.

The part is a storm window slide that has a spring, then a plunger and a threaded insert that acts as the handle . I need about 26 or so since they all are corroded and break.

I have a number of channel balances I need to replace. The number stamped on it is 2730. What replacement parts do I need?

Hello, I could really use some help identifying these parts and finding replacements. The pivot shoes are about 4 inches and the bars look to be 2.5. I can remove them if needed to verify. Thanks! Walt

Hi. I am looking for a 32" channel balance for a Philips window. Base to the first slot is 36.25". Slot to top clip is 25". Base to top clip 62". The springs are labeled #5.5 35" P I need eight(8) assemblies. I am assuming they work on both the left and right sides. Depending on the cost, I may want to buy a couple of extras. Hi, looking to replace some channel balances in the house. current printed # is "33 4 AN CALDWELL" These are 34" long from end to end. metal measured only. Can you suggest a part#?

I am having a very difficult time trying to install the rigid screen spline. The spline goes in easily without the screen but with the screening it's not staying secure. I've followed the video but it is not working for me. Please help. Thank you Diane
