I ordered part 26-393 - order 915237. We received the parts and installed them, but had to shave off part of the latch because it wouldn't work otherwise. I would like to see if you carry these window vents. They are on stationary windows. I have not been able to find anyone that carries them. Thank you for your help or if you know another source that might carry them.

The bolt in the picture enclosed is broken in the window Crank , do we need to change the whole crank mechanism or just this part? What is the equivalent part number for a channel balance from a Milgard non-tilt window which is labeled with "26 4 GK Caldwell"

Hi I need both parts. The latch is 3 1/8 in total height with screw spacing 2 5/8 center to center. The catch has the number 7700-16. Both are about 1995 vintage. Can you help?
