The only marking on it is 16 B. The length of the metal piece is 17 inches.

looking for a pair of rollers for my old Milgard window (Approx 25 Y/O) Can you help? No markings found. Existing rollers have grooves worn into them. should have replaced long ago.

I believe the S500-28 is the spiral balance we need but I cannot find the shoe to match.
