Sliding Glass Doors were manufactured by Acorn - Series 400 DorWal. The latch/lock on one door is broken and cannot be repaired. The welds holding the metal screw tubes to the outside latch failed, so it fell off. The inside latch is a replacement from the original latch and never seemed to fit ... (cont.)

Windows don't stay up safely

I'm in need of 13 replacement cranks for my florida windows. The house was built in 1968(?). There are no visible markings on the windows. Hardware is 6" long with screw holes on the left.

This part broke on our mirrored bi fold doors. We installed them about 12 years ago. Any idea if we can find a replacement part, or will we have to purchase new doors?

Measures 29" balancer with twine as tension string. What to use ? 1/2 pivot shoe and 29 " #600 balancer ?

I was trying to put the window up & the frame broke & the window shattered. I think there is a corner pice that's broken. Do you have replacement parts for this window? Maybe a corner latch kit? The latch is approximately 3 1/2 inches long. Thank you for any help you might have.

I am looking to replace the sash balancers on this Andersen window. It is all wooden construction with a measurement of 23-3/4" x 40-1/4" for the thermo-pane glass. The window was originally installed new when the house was built in 1993. It's a vinyl Wenco window. The pictures show the broken cord from the pulley system in the balance.
