Hello,I haven't found any markings or numbers on these shoes. I have several that have broken barrel nuts (if that's what they're called.) All of the shoes are completely intact and functional other than the broken barrel nuts. I don't know if the nuts can be replaced without replacing the whole sh ... (cont.)

Do you sell this mortise lock? It's a 3" x .05" oval mortise lock for my sliding patio door. I know there are many 3 3/16" mortise locks out there but that is too big. The 3/16" extra does not fit. Appreciate your help.

I need to replace a folding crank handle for Pella Casement windows installed in 1998. I have already replaced the crank with part # 39-097, and I know the handle I'm looking for fits this part. Can you please help identify the part I am looking for? thank you

This sliding bracket attached to the top of window #G0910268323388the pin on the right side attached to the upper corner of the window, but has sheared off, as you can see in picture #2. The long arm is 9 inches, the short straight arm is 4-1/2 inches. I see numbers: 31538a on the curved arm, 45179 on the crank assembly, 40754 on the short arm, a 5 digit number on the long arm which I cant quite make out, first digit is either a 3 or an 8, last digits are 1272. there are 2 hooks on the latch that engage in the hardware on the frame. the bottom hook does not move down when the lever is pushed. pictures of latch attached. ( locking latch ) Thank you for help.

I have these windows throughout our 1957 MCM home and only about 3 windows open and more importantly, CLOSE when cranked. I am looking for replacement gears, boxes or whatever else I may need to make them ALL work like new again.

I need new window balances for tilt out inverted block and tackle with stamp 32c they attach to the frame with a hook style fixation There are T shoes that appear to be working still, but measure about .5 inch depth x 1" width.
