Left side hardware is broken. Would like to order both sides and the window latch.

Need a replacement for this. I have MILGARD windows. I pop these clips to 45 degree angle to remove the sash/window

I believe these picture windows were installed in the last 20 years and the glazing beads are starting to squeeze out. Several of my windows are doing this and I need 6 pieces six feet long. Thanks in advance for any help.

This is the roller assembly for the top right of the door when looking out of the window.

The part holds the window up when opened. You can pull it out slightly to remove the window panel for cleaning, etc. the one I have broke and now the window will not stay open evenly. I can't find what the part is called. It is about 1 inch, first picture shows it flat, second picture shows it pulle ... (cont.)

Hi. I am looking for a set of replacement tilt latches for my windows. The windows were installed about 15 years ago by a company in the NJ/NY area called thermo tite. The top dimensions look to be about 2-5/8" x 11/16". The depth is about 3/8".

This door is from a company that was based in Southern California and is no longer in business. The company was named Superior doors and windows . There are no part numbers on the lock.

Need the sash pivot bar shown above, the old one is broken.
