I'm looking for a replacement part for this Milgard Window Balancer. The length (minus end clips) is 33 inches.

The spring on the inside of this rod is broken. We need to find out what part it would be please. The rod is 28 inches long. Rod is not quite 1/4" in diameter. Thank you.

The channel balance is marked, 25 3 HS CALDWELL, and the metal shaft measures 26" excluding the plastic end pieces. The second channel balance on the same window is marked with a different and less legible stamp, possibly 25 3 D1 CMC 4, as shown in the pictures that are attached.The window suppor ... (cont.)

Sash Window Channel Balance part number on unit is 2940 channel is about 1/2 inch wide

Need new pivot pins, sash coils, & pivot lock shoes. For plain white double hung windows, about 10 years old.

The part only had Daryl Miami fla the building was built in 1974. Thanks for any help you can offer.
