Atrium; H-719 for tension window rod stop
This piece is screwed into the window frame and holds in place the tension rod. The part has a H-719 injection molded into it.

Channel Balances do not click into place and stay attached to window
I have two problems with the channel balances on my Seal Craft windows. 1. Some of the balances do not stick with the window. They either stay in one place or move up and down the track some but not in sync with the window. Is there some way that they are supposed to click into the window it ... (cont.)

Part identification on channel balance window
This part broke on the window itself. The channel balance appears to be in working order, but the part on the window broke, and so it doesn't "catch" the balance when the window is being lowered. Balance Spring Attachment
Please see the attached pictures of the little plastic/teflon piece. At the top end, the piece has a hook and engages in the balance spring in the sash, and the lower end has a small hole/port where the spindle of the window is inserted to provide the balance for the raising/lowering of the window ... 28D Channel balance
I have 5 windows with channel balances marked 28D. All of them spring up when the locks are unlatched. Would buying 29D balances solve this problem?

Channel balance replacement
Hi, I have 3 windows that need new channel balances. One window has balances stamped db102 2730, one window has balances stamped db102 2740 and the last window has balances stamped db102 2750. Can you help me order replacement parts please.

Window balance and other parts needed
I have some single hung aluminum windows made by a company called Alenco. They are about 18 years old and some of the balances appear to be failing. One, in particular, will not hold the window up. My window balancers have the following code on it: k 23-1 Do you carry these? I need a pair I attached several photos of the two balancers that have a (k 23-1) stamped on each. The overall length of each balancer from tip to tip is 24 3/4"

D8 F0 28-1 Channel Balance
I just want to make sure that I order the right part. My broken balance has the inscription D8 F0 28-1 in it. I measured it and it comes close, if not right on the 29" Series 385. Is this correct? Tilt windows
The latches in this picture use hold the window up, but now they don't hold and the window when you open it want to tilt inwards to you when you go to open it. Do have these parts and what all would I need? Thanks
