Looking for the right replacement hardware. Hopefully not plastic so they won't break like the ones the windows came with.

I had a dog run through my screen door and break the corner brackets in the process. Not sure what a suitable replacement is. The bracket is plastic, 2.5x3.5(?)x3/8 inches. Not sure about the one edge because it's broken. Thanks.

I have the balance out and but that's not the issue. What is the issue is the plastic clips on the upper corners of the window itself which keeps pressure on the balance. They are both broken as you can see in the attached photos. Do you sell these?

We would love your help identifying a part number for the lock shown in this picture as a lock on one of our other windows has broken. It looks like part # 7150A-2, but we're not coming up with one with the wide screw set. Thank you for your help!

Im looking for this shoe. The metal part where the spiral balance connects broke on a different window. The picture I sent is of a good window.

Hi, I purchased two of your S140 coil balance springs. I installed them today, but the pivot bars on my windows won't fit. The 26-415 have matching dimensions (will install onto my sash) but I am not sure if they will mate with the S140.

Greetings, The nylon cord for the right hand side of the balance on a tilt double hung vinyl window is disconnected. Hi, I recently bought a townhome and a couple of windows show broken spiral sash balances. The sashes would not stay up.
