I NEED TWO 777 SERIES SASH BALANCES 38" LONG MARKED 38F. THESE ARE FOR AMERICAN JEWEL TILT SASH DOUBLEHUNG UNITS.

The spring inside one of our channel balances broke and so I'm looking for a new channel balance to match the one we currently have. I included 5 photos of the current balance. It's 22" not including the plastic ends. The names and numbers on the back bottom of the metal channel are: "23:08:05 ... (cont.)

I ordered some top sash stops that worked perfectly now my counter balance seem to have a problem. When I raise the window one side gets stuck see picture included. Notice bottom of window, counter balance is about 4 inches below window sash. Is this a counter balance assembly problem or window? Any ... (cont.)

I am comfortable that I need to order 39-031 as the measurements equal. I would like to also order the folding handle and cover kit (39-107FK) but I do not see an option that matches my color.

Hello. We just moved into an apartment on the 28th floor of a high rise that has original Traco tilt windows, they take quite a beating. hey i need a few window balances but before i order them i would like to know if i could tell the shoe size by measuring the channel that the shoe slides into? all the shoes are broken from these particular windows so i cannot measure them but the channel is 1-1/4". does this mean i need the 1-1/4 s ... Hi. I am trying to fix one of the windows next to my balcony door. It's apparently a custom size. The balance has the following stamped on it: (04/03) UNIQUE 55 E 32.25LBS. I am looking for Pivot Pins. The distance from the inside of the head and the center of the screw hole is 1 and 1/4 inch. It had a marking of North. "7" on it. Help with the Part or Stock number. Thanks
