The part I am looking for is part of the locking mechanism. There are 2 of them on the non hinged side of the window. It appears to have a metal bar that slips in the part.

Both windows have broken ribbon on balance on right side only. Windows placed by Westport homes 10/2005. See pics for sticker details.

I need replacement pivot shoes measuring 5/8ths inch deep, 1 & 15/16ths inch tall, and 1 & 1/4 inch wide.

I have several windows where the sash channel is not working. This one the channel is 31" long. and the number on the channel is 3030. Once we can identify this one we can replace all of them. Thanks

I have Certainteed vertical hung retrofit windows. The vent stops are 3" tall x 1/2" wide. Do you have a compatible part?

I have 2 windows which are identical in size, both with broken springs. the u-channels are 16.25 inches in length .5 inches wide. the number stamped on the u channel is "4240" I see the 16.25 assemblies but which is correct with the "4240" stamp. Thank you, Fritz

Bedroom window will not stay up in position. Window measures 36 1/2" W X 55 3/8" H....No identifying brand name inside sash frame. Only a AAMA CERTIFICATION PROGRAM DECAL ( with series and numbers).
