I think this question has been answered, but do you have a part that matches these dimensions? I have contacted most of the hardware stores in ABQ, to no avail. The part has the logo of "NJ" (?) on it as well. If you do not carry it, any ideas where I can find 40 of these ??

The 10 in hinge I have seems to be connected more towards the bottom. Part 39-395 is more towards the middle. Can I use this part? My Pella window dates back to the late 80s

The 3x8 by 2.5 inch window stop that prevents the bottom window from totally opening if the part is engaged.

My 7/16" x 3/4 screen had plunger pins that are about 1/8 across where they fit into the window frame on the house. I ordered WSC605 and drilled all the frames using the 7/32 to 1/4 step drill. I installed plunger pins on two of the frames and they pins are too large for the slots which are about 1/ ... (cont.)

This is a 1988 townhouse and the handle for the sliding door is broken but I can not identify the maker and brands. I can not get a replacement from Home depot or Lowes. Please help me and appreciate it sincerely!

What are the dimentions of the 82-229 lock and lock plate. Need to match it to and old lock (no markings).

Other than taking the windows out and measuring, is there another way to determine the length that I need?

I purchased door handle 82-003. It looks lust like my old handle. The screw holes line up perfectly but I can't fit the head of the latch through the opening in my metal door. The head of your latch is 5/8" but my door opening is only 1/2". Do you have a different handle set I could use or a way to ... (cont.)
