Hi. I purchased channel balances from you and they work great! I noticed that this piece is missing on one of my windows. Any chance you know what part it is? Thanks in advance.

Please help me ID these coil balances. The windows are approximately 13-14 years old and are single hung. There appear to be different balances on each side and the metal part is marked with a "4". The window sash falls closed and will not stay open. Thank you for your help!

Existing pivot shoe is 1/2" thick, 1 1/4" wide and 2" high, same as Product Code: 15-046. Please verify that it fits a 33" SERIES 765 BALANCE (32-5).

I'm not sure what this part is called but I know it prevents the windows from rocking left and right when opening and closing.

Measurements 1/2". Metal end to metal end not including plastic attachements: 26 3/4" with plastic the complete length is 28" Please advise correct parts replacement. Thanks Debra
