Tips on reinstalling the window using the 15-211 shoe?
In your videos of other shoes it looks like there is a slot to install the pivot bars in and it makes re-installing the window look so easy. With the 15-211 however, you have to wedge the first pivot bar in, tilt the window up to allow it to move and then try to fit the other pivot bar in the other ... (cont.)

PGT impact glass slider; replacement rollers
Looks like a 2003 year door judging by the 2003 stamp. This part is not original, it is a replacement part. We used brass replacements in a pinch. Looking for stainless steel replacement rollers. The door has very heavy use, and brass will only last me a year.

Window Parts
I have Alenco windows installed around 1984. The balance is stamped 2730. Does your product S371-28 work in the Alenco window. If so do I need the black top caps and no additional pieces? All the plastic pieces on the current windows have failed.
