My channel balance is perfectly fine; however, the shoes have broken. I need to know the correct shoe to replace it with. I was thinking the 15-195. My balance is marked 27B. Also do you think the shoe on the 27A would fit the 27B?

I have 9 screw gears that are stripped, it will only open the window but not pull the window back in. I have 6 plastic covers that are broken or missing. I need 3 handles because they are missing from the Windows.

I believe these are Alcon windows....building built @ 1986...Where can I get the replacement weep holes?

Hello, I have 3 Anderson Window crank/Arms that need to be replaced. Two are right hand and the onther is left hand. The numbers on the arm are 1 361 485 R and 1 361 482 HCR. Just moved into a new house. The right latch is missing on one window. There is no serial number on this particular window, or even brand name. Other windows in the house are labeled as Pella and DuraSeal. Any idea?

The two screws hold it in place are 6 to under 7" and the inside lock area is 3" only not a full piece cutout in the metal of the slide door. the part handle says Stanley-- Canada made Pat. 963505.
