My house was built in 2008. The lock installer is no longer in business. In any case, the invoice to my contractor says Emtek Cortina Brushed Nickel, but folks at Emtek say that this is not theirs (multipoint) latch. On the face of the product is says, "LATAO." It also mentions that is was made in Brazil, and has the number "0796 on it. I would love to purchase the right product to replace a unit that has failed in its heavy use. What would you suggest? Thank you,

I ordered S900-26 balances. I should have gotten 27" but I moved the installation down an inch to account for the difference in length. I hope these pictures tell the story.
