This window is from 2008 or so. The handle doesn't fit in the mechanism well anymore and it looks like both the male hex end and female end of mechanism is worn. Can you recommend a replacement where the handle will lock in and work better? The handle number looks like OP-05-7810 and the mechanism l ... (cont.)

What is the purpose of the screen plunger. I was locked outside and neighbor took off the screen in 1 second and was in my house. I was happy to get inside, but this was frightening how easy it was to be robbed. My window was not locked and he pried it open also in seconds.

Hi, My window opener has an arm about 12 " long and it is a little bent and does not pull the window closed tight, i have to close it with speed to use momentum to get it to the catch. Also the arm keeps slipping out of the slider bit on the window. It looks very old and the handle has 'HURD' on it ... (cont.)

This is one of two parts on each window which enable the window to be easily removed from the frame. I haeva byuildinf full of these windows, about 17 years ld and these parts are failing. Other parts and the units are fine.

I have a slider door that needs new lock and keeper, lock seems to match your 82-265. Keeper that I have is 1 inch deep looks similar to 82-249 but specs are saying it is 1/2 inch

To whom it may concern. I need these spring balances identified so I can order them. I need two of them. Photos(5) included of ends as requested. Metal rail is 1/2" x 22" long. I have casement windows with KK on cover. One of the handles is stripped. Attached is a photo of the handle with the approximate dimensions. It is gray color with a 3/8" bore hole and has a set screw. On the inside of the handle is stamped 9 45054
