Hello can you help me on which replacement part I should order. The marking on this is 26-4 EA2 CMC 5. This is 1/2 inch wide and it seems the length of the metal is 27 inches not including the plastic pieces on both ends. Thanks for your help!

I can't get the crank to detach. Dont have a tool to get underneath seems to be 2 scews under the bottom of the part that the handle gets attached to. There isn't enough space because of the window sill. Is there a special tool that I have to get that would fit underneath.

Width at roller rivets: 9/16" Total Length: 3" Height: 1 1/8" (fully retracted) This is from an old Deck House Sliding Door -- they don't know anything.
