Will you please help me identify the correct replacement balance? I think the right match is a 29" Series 390 with 19-002 top and 15-002 shoe. Also, the old balance is stamped with "2810P" but the window weighs 16 pounds, so should I get the 2810 or 2820 option? I also need new top sash guid ... (cont.)

Just purchased a house built in 1997 with Alenco AL windows. There is a problem locking every window in the house. I just saw that the color tip on the spiral balance replacements indicate how much weight they are made to with stand.
